Convention Registration

Registration is open for the WES 2024 Live Convention!!!! 

Changes for this convention!!!! 

Classes will be available to watch after the convention if you want to review a class you attended.    

Changes to the convention:

• You can pay your current dues for 2024 on-line when you register via credit card.  (You cannot pay back dues on-line during registration.)
• You will be able to see all the classes that will be held and you will have the opportunity to register for those classes during registration. 
• WES will issue a certificate after the convention, after March 15th, showing what classes you attended in case you are audited.
• You can sign up for the Friday ASCE classes at the same time you register for the regular conference.  

Registration for the Convention for Attendees and Exhibitors:

FIRST – ON-LINE REGISTRATION  W/ CREDIT CARD: ON-LINE REGISTRATION THROUGH A SECURE SERVER. You can pay your registration for the convention using a credit card through the on-line registration process.  We now accept Master Card and Visa credit cards only.  Dues can be paid online if you are paying your current dues and On-line registration will be open right up to the first day of the convention.

SECOND – ON-LINE REGISTRATION W/ CHECK OR VOUCHER: You can complete and submit your registration on line and still pay by check or voucher.  Your payment by check must be paid on or before February 1st, 2023.  

THIRD – ON-SITE REGISTRATION:  There will be on-site registration for 2023. 

ASCE Continuing Education Program:

The ASCE Continuing Education Program is not included with your WES registration.  There is a separate charge for this class.  You can register for this class at the time you register for the convention.

General Instructions and Refund Policy

 1.   The ASCE Continuing Education Program on Friday, February 3rd, is not covered under the WES registration. A separate registration fee is required.

 2.   Annual membership dues are $60.00/year.

              Members - $60.00 (2019)

Student Members - $10.00

Honorary Members – none

3.     Registration fees will not be refunded for 2023.      

4.   Annual dues payments will not be refunded.
